Required Items
At Stone we strive to provide the most comprehensive, consistent and competitive pricing possible. To better assist us in that goal we ask that you attach the following Items and/or information for a complete truss price:
- Architectural plans
- Structural plans
- Roof load – Live/Dead
- Tails? Yes/No, length (Standard 2×4 at 24” unless specified otherwise)
- Heel height? (Standard will be 4” on 2×4 bottom cord truss)
- Location of HVAC platform
- Special bays for MEP
- Special coffers, drops or soffits
