At Stone we strive to provide the most comprehensive, consistent and competitive pricing possible. To better assist us in that goal we ask that you attach the following Items and/or information for a complete truss price:

1. Architectural plans
2. Structural plans
3. Roof load – Live/Dead
4. Tails? Yes/No, length (Standard 2×4 at 24” unless specified otherwise)
5. Heel height? (Standard will be 4” on 2×4 bottom cord truss)
6. Location of HVAC platform
7. Special bays for MEP
8. Special coffers, drops or soffits
